Why I Created The Flow Formula
I created the FLOW Formula because I was tired of watching smart, capable women do everything right—and still feel stuck.
For years, I watched women bounce between specialists. One for hormones. Another for digestion. A therapist for the stress. A trainer for the weight. But no one was putting the pieces together.
And so these women stayed in a cycle of symptom management—never true healing.
They were told to eat less, move more and take another supplement.
But that’s not how the body works.
Healing doesn’t happen in silos.
Your body is connected—and so is your healing.


After years of working closely with women in high-stress careers and complex life seasons, I started seeing the same patterns over and over:
~ Women blaming themselves for "failing" plans that were never built for them.
~ Bodies stuck in fight-or-flight with no room to rest, digest, or lose weight.
~ Health goals hijacked by time scarcity, mental exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm.
~A deep longing to feel like themselves again—but no map on how to get there.
The FLOW Formula was born out of all of that.
It’s a full-body framework that fast tracks my 1:1 coaching with client. It brings together the most powerful tools I’ve seen actually move the needle.
This isn’t about forcing your body to behave. It’s about listening to it, honoring it, and giving it what it truly needs to heal.
